Cancellation policy
You can cancel your Kindriends membership online at any time — no phone call, email, or sales conversation required. Use the Manage My Membership page and select "Cancel."
What happens when you cancel
- • Your recurring subscription is canceled through our payment provider.
- • You will not be charged again after your current billing period.
- • Service you have already paid for remains active through the end of your current billing period.
- • You'll receive a confirmation with a reference number by email.
Refunds
Refund terms are set by Kindriends and may require business-owner approval. This page does not promise a specific refund policy. Please contact us to confirm refund eligibility for your situation before publishing.
